Not a bad price, but be aware it's a polyurethane base under a 2.5" topper, so you can expect 5 years or so w/regular use if you're lucky (vs. 10 for latex). Probably good for a guest bedroom or something along those lines though.

Except that you won't find a latex-base mattress for $400. If you do, let me know

Except that you won't find a polyurethane base that will last 10 years. If you do, let me know
I have one of these. Mine did not expand to 10" instead it expanded to 8" It is also on the soft side compared to other memory foam mattresses. I would not buy a Sarah Peyton mattress again, but that is just my opinion and preference.
