So I was going through the mail today, throwing away the usual dreck they stuff my monthly bills with, when I happened to actually LOOK at the one in my Kohl's bill. ..... $10 gift, huh? ... Whoa, this is really $10 off $10! Look in your bills folks!

I got a statement today which was a surprise since I haven't used Kohl's card in a couple of years. So of course I opened it to find out why they were sending me a statement. Got me a coupon

So does this mean if we don't carry a balance, they will send a coupon anyways? I haven't shopped there for a few months.
Both my wife and I have accounts. She with $0 charges/balance gets the ten bucks. I with charges get nothing. I guess they just want to get the non-shoppers back in the store.
